Here We Go Again

Although our quiver feels ever so full, it seems that the Lord has another blessing in store for us. We are nearing the end of our paper pregnancy for another little girl from China! We are very excited and maybe a bit nervous as we anxiously await our new little bundle. God has already begun growing our love for her. I've begun to ache for her, and as of last Tuesday, I've started to get that "sense of urgency" feeling that I need to go and get her. Unfortunately, China's wait time has greatly increased since our last adoption to almost 17 months from LID(the date a family is logged into China's database). It would be reasonable to assume that our referral might not come until Fall of 2008. But, nothing is impossible with God, so--quite literally--anything is possible. I'm making a very illogical prediction that we'll travel to get our next daughter in May or maybe June of '08. Besides the obvious desire to get our daughter as soon as possible, packing for a family of SEVEN (oh my gosh! SEVEN!) would be incredibly easier at a warmer time of year.

We will start a blog detailing our next adoption sometime after we decide on a name.
