Friday marked the third anniversary of the day that our beautiful Megan was placed in our arms. She was eleven months old and not especially thrilled that I was taking her away from her nanny. Last night I read the posts we wrote at that time. I was reminded of that miraculous moment and of our first couple of days with our precious girl. I could write all day and never express what a blessing our adoption experience was and continues to be or how blessed we are to have the privilege of being Megan's family. I've tried to post about it several times over the past three years, but words literally cannot express this blessing.
Anyway, if you feel like reminiscing, click here....

Thanks for the reminder, and what a perfect Mother's Day gift for you. Megan has graced and blessed our family and I am especially humbled to know she is safe (or at least as safe as any of us can be), in view of the many disasters in China at this time.
Sweet Megan! That photo is just so precious. I tear up every time I see it. God is so good. We love you guys -- Happy Gotcha Day!
I remember following your journey to Megan. You were the first family I ever followed in blogland. I can't believe it has been three years. We will be three years in August!
