Music to My Ears and Other Stuff

Tonight, while Megan was looking at a picture of Dh and me, she started saying, "Mamamama" in the sweetest voice. Oh, what a beautiful sound that was. She's so precious!

Thanks for praying for Megan. She's had a great couple of days and seems to be feeling much better. Her temperature is still fluctuating up and down. I guess she must be trying to fight something off. I'll be anxious to have our pediatrician have a look at her. She does have a medical exam here in a couple of days that is really more of a formality. Please pray that her exam goes well. I think she'll pass it, but I don't think she's going to like it. It will probably complicate and prolong the exam if she doesn't cooperate somewhat. She's strong, and she fights hard when she doesn't like something.

By the way, Jamie B., if you're reading this, Dh and I have found the career for you! The representative from our agency who has accompanied us through this trip reminds us so much of you, and Dh commented that he could totally see you doing what she does. Remind us, and we'll tell you all about it when we get home.

Well, the "mission" part of our trip was officially over when we entered this hotel. We walked in and K said, "Oh yeah, this is definitely a 5 star." (He's got a little bit of his Noni in him after all.) There's a small mall in the hotel! So now, we feel like we're on vacation, but we're looking forward to getting home.
